1. A services engagement, with no guaranteed outcome
The NXTGEN Business Credit & Federal Program is a done-for-you services engagement. Nothing in the Program constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your purchase. Consult qualified professionals about your specific situation.
2. No guaranteed results
We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve any particular result — including any credit score, PAYDEX value, tradeline approval, credit limit, funding amount, contract award, revenue, or income — by purchasing or applying the Program. Business credit outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your business's age, revenue, industry, identity records, payment behavior, and the underwriting decisions of third parties. Any examples or milestones described are illustrations of the process, not promises of your outcome.
3. Not a credit repair service
NXTGEN does not provide credit repair services. The Program does not involve disputing, removing, or modifying items on any personal credit report, and NXTGEN never uses CPNs or misrepresents any business information on your behalf. The Program is limited to lawful business credit building, federal registration, and grant services.
4. Third parties change their rules
Credit bureaus, vendors, lenders, and grantors referenced in the Program set their own policies, and their reporting relationships, approval criteria, and requirements change without notice and are outside NXTGEN's control. NXTGEN is not affiliated with Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, Equifax, or any vendor, lender, or grantor mentioned.
5. Government registrations are always free
The UEI, SAM.gov registration, CAGE code, and their renewals are provided by the U.S. government at no cost. NXTGEN files these on your behalf as part of your program fee and never charges a separate markup for the registration itself. Any other party demanding payment for a "required" federal registration is not legitimate.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and timely approvals so NXTGEN can perform the services described in your program, and for compliance with the laws applicable to your business.
