2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, and any information you submit through contact forms or email correspondence.
- Business identity information: to perform the services, we collect information about your business — legal name, EIN, formation documents, business address, and similar identity records — needed to file registrations and open vendor accounts on your behalf.
- Purchase information: when you buy the program, your order is processed by our checkout provider, CopeCart (Cope Americas, LLC). CopeCart collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and order details from CopeCart to deliver the program; we never receive or store your full payment card information.
- Automatic information: standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and analytics data. CONFIRM: list the actual analytics/pixel tools in use, e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel — remove if none
3. How we use information
- To deliver the services you purchased — including filing registrations and managing vendor accounts on your behalf — and to provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails about your order and access.
- To send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe mechanism and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Opt-out requests are honored promptly.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.

- CopeCart (Cope Americas, LLC) — our sales platform and checkout provider, which processes orders, invoicing, refunds, and related fraud prevention. Information you provide in connection with a purchase is shared with and processed by CopeCart.
