Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Why this policy looks different from a typical refund policy
The NXTGEN Business Credit & Federal Program is a done-for-you service, not a digital download. Once we begin filing registrations, opening vendor accounts, and doing work on your entity's behalf, real labor and, in some cases, real third-party costs have been incurred. This policy is built around that fact, and is stated at checkout as required by our sales platform, CopeCart.
2. Before we begin work — full refund
CONFIRM WINDOW — 3 business days is the drafted default
You may cancel for a full refund within 3 business days of purchase, provided NXTGEN has not yet begun Phase 1 work (identity standardization, filings, or vendor applications) on your account. To cancel in this window, email info@nxtgencosult.com from the email used at purchase, with your order number.
3. Once work has begun
After Phase 1 work begins, the table below governs what is and is not refundable if you cancel partway through the 6-month term:

| Pay-in-full customers | Refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the remaining term, minus the non-refundable one-time setup fees above. |
Example: if you paid in full ($10,995) and cancel after month 2 of a 6-month term, you would be refunded for the 4 unused months on a pro-rata basis, less the one-time setup fees already earned.
4. What's never refundable
- Third-party fees actually incurred on your behalf that are non-refundable to NXTGEN (e.g., a vendor's non-refundable application fee, if any — most Tier-1 vendors referenced in this program do not charge one).
- Work already performed and delivered (e.g., a filed UEI/SAM.gov registration, an opened vendor account, a submitted grant proposal) cannot be "undone," so the corresponding fee is not refundable once delivered.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
Email info@nxtgencosult.com with your order number, or use CopeCart's support process referenced in your order confirmation. We will confirm what has and has not been performed on your account and calculate any refund per Section 3 within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — since this is an active services engagement with work performed on your behalf, a chargeback dispute takes longer to resolve than requesting cancellation directly, and may pause work on your account while it's investigated.
7. This policy at checkout
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is stated at checkout on CopeCart and forms part of your purchase terms. If any mandatory consumer right in your jurisdiction provides greater protection, that right controls.
